It all started back in 1972, when Aço Muçe's father, with much effort, love, and desire, began working in Resen. There, he took his first steps, learned the secrets of flavor, and laid the foundation for what today is Labunista's pride. After that, he went to Pretor.

Thus, in 1989, the very heart of the village saw the first opening of “Trend,” a place that quickly grew to be more than just an ordinary sweet shop. It became a symbol of summer nights, children's joy, and an inevitable stop for anyone passing through Labunista.

With its authentic traditional taste, prepared according to a recipe preserved for decades, this ice cream became part of generations growing up. Here, children of the ’80s and ’90s tried their first ice creams, and today those very people bring their children and grandchildren to the same place with a smile.

Very often, when we went to buy ice cream for the whole family, the little ones stood impatiently beside us with eyes full of joy.

Then, the same child’s question was always heard: “Mr. Muçe, could I have an empty cone for these sweets?”

And he, with his recognizable smile and big heart, always said: “Here you go, this is from me… I have never charged for a cone in my life.”
