You are not strangers. You are our brothers and sisters. Welcome home, to your birthplace, Labunishta – a place where many have taken their first steps, learned their first words, and heard the call to prayer for the first time.

Perhaps life has forced you to leave. Perhaps the search for a better existence, injustice, or other circumstances have distanced you from your homeland. But never allow one thing to be lost – your love for your roots, your love for Labunishta.

Tell your children about Labunishta. Speak to them about the beauty of the village, about the honest and hospitable people, about days filled with faith, about the mosques, the call to prayer echoing through the streets, and the blessing of living where faith practice is part of daily life.

Do not let their connection to their homeland be broken. Bring them with you; let them meet their relatives, their neighbors, and the place they come from. Because a person without roots easily loses their sense of belonging.

Let us also remember the most beautiful example. When the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, migrated from Mecca to Medina, it was by Allah’s command. Yet despite that, he never ceased to love Mecca and longed for it. Love for one’s homeland remained in his noble heart.

Therefore, do not let your children feel aversion to the place they originate from. On the contrary, instill in them love, pride, and respect for Labunishta. Let them know that wherever they live, they always have a place that will welcome them with open hearts – their birthplace. Welcome home. Labunishta will always be your home.
