ANNOUNCEMENT

The Municipality of Struga will soon initiate coordinated inspection oversight with all competent inspection services in the Municipality of Struga, including both state and municipal inspectors, and in that regard issues a public appeal to all owners of premises and other business facilities engaged in hospitality, tourism, service activities, as well as activities related to preparation and serving of food, drinks, and coffee bars, that a joint extended inspector control will begin.

For that reason, owners of business facilities are informed that they are required to have on site originals or copies of the following documents prepared:

1. License to perform activity

2. Permit for placement of urban equipment

3. Report for placement of urban equipment

4. Current status

5. Property list for the business facility

6. Environmental protection report

7. Fire protection report and proof that the same has been implemented on site

8. ID card of the responsible person

9. Phone number and contact person

10. Official e-mail

These documents must be prepared and possessed by the individuals who manage or work in the premises, so that they can present them to the inspectors during the inspection. They should be in photocopy for the needs of the inspection procedure. The controls will take place in all premises on the territory of the Municipality of Struga, and for all identified irregularities, inspectors will issue a Decision for removal of deficiencies, which must be resolved within a legally stipulated deadline, as well as a misdemeanor payment order.

If irregularities are found, and the inspector determines they fall outside their jurisdiction, minutes will be drawn up and forwarded for further procedure to the competent inspector.
