Residents from the Krasta neighborhood in Labuništa are reacting to the condition of the road which, according to them, was formed and asphalted by the residents themselves with their own resources and labor.

According to their reactions, during the intervention of the company EVN, the asphalt was cut, but after completing the works it was not repaired or restored to its original state. Instead, the excavation was filled with filler material.

"At the first rain, the filler dispersed onto the asphalt, and the water began to damage the road," the residents react.

Today, large damages and holes are observed on a section of the street, and stones and filler have accumulated on the roadway, which further complicates traffic safety.

The residents demand that the damaged part be repaired and the road be returned to the condition it was in before the intervention, especially considering that it is a road which, according to them, was built and asphalted with the resources and efforts of the residents themselves.

"We ask for nothing more than for the road to be returned to the condition it was in before the intervention," say the residents of Krasta.
