Sincere congratulations to Tosum Isejnoski with wishes for a successful and long career in police service!
Great honor and joy for Labunishta! Our fellow citizen Shaziman Muslioski is part of the new generation of police officers 2025–2026, who successfully completed the basic police training and took the solemn oath.
A sentence that perhaps best describes the last forty years in Labunishta.
It is a great honor and joy that Labunishta had its own representative at the International Quran Memorization Competition held in Skopje.
The grand opening took place in a pleasant atmosphere, attended by partners from Italy, as well as numerous collaborators, friends, and representatives from the business community who have supported BINAJ's successful story for years.
With great sadness and disappointment, we see images of the schoolyard and school building. Instead of a place where children will learn, play sports, and grow, we witness a destroyed facade, damaged walls, and scattered trash. This school is no one's private property – it belongs to all the residents of Labunista. It was built with effort and resources for the good of current and future generations. Every damage means an additional cost that all of us will pay again.
Unfortunately, the schoolyard and the building itself are increasingly targeted by irresponsible and rude children, as well as individuals from our community who deliberately destroy what belongs to all of us.
The old residents of Labunishta did not easily or hastily judge someone they did not know well, nor did they form their opinion about others based on others' words and retellings. They knew that every story told is not the complete truth and that a person is best known through personal relationship and direct experience.
On July 28, 2026, candidate Sezair Fejzuloski, a graduate civil engineer, successfully defended his master's thesis titled "Comparative analysis of results for the compressibility modulus of the subsoil obtained through in situ tests." The commission members were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Toni Kitanovski – president, Prof. Dr. Kemal Edip – member and mentor, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sead Abazi – member.
How wonderful it would be to gradually continue restoring and organizing the public fountains left to us by older generations. They are not just places where water is drawn, but parts of our history, memories, and shared heritage that we must preserve.
"On 25.07.2026, police officers from the border surveillance police station in the village of Labuništa, in the vicinity of the same village, near Podgorec Lake close to the Macedonian-Albanian border, found a human skull and other items. In cooperation with other competent institutions, measures are being taken to fully clarify the incident," said the Ministry of Interior.
On Sunday, July 26, 2026, at the Lower Mosque in Labunishta, an Islamic lecture will be held by Mr. Irfan Klica, a renowned Islamic lecturer, psychologist, and author from Montenegro.
After all the new floodlights were installed yesterday, another major part of the work was completed today:
Starting today, Ranefa.mk begins online orders and delivery to Labuništa, Borovec, and Podgorci!
Due to the uninterrupted progress of the work and the movement of construction machinery, we kindly ask all citizens to remove their vehicles from the square and the main street in time.
The old Labunishtani knew how to say more with a short and witty sentence than sometimes whole pages can explain. Their sayings were born from life experience, everyday hardships, and careful observation of people. Behind the joke often hid a serious truth, and behind simple words — a deep life lesson.
Labunishta will once again live to the rhythm of wedding celebrations. This season, approximately 80 weddings are expected to take place, once again showing that our village is full of life, love, and beautiful family traditions.
Enjoy the beauty of the nature surrounding Labunista.
For more than 30 years, this street remained with the old concrete laid during the former village work campaigns. Over time, the concrete cracked, wore down, and in many places completely deteriorated, so parts of the street resembled more a dirt and muddy path than a roadway.
Construction activities continue today to improve traffic infrastructure, during which the previously repaired potholes on the main street in Labunista will be asphalted.
