Today, a joint meeting was held between representatives of the local communities of the villages Labunishta, Borovec, Podgorci, and Oktisi, where serious problems regarding electricity affecting these settlements were discussed.

For more than a month now, citizens have been facing frequent outages, low voltage, and unstable electricity supply, causing significant difficulties in the daily functioning of households, businesses, and public institutions. Despite numerous complaints and reactions, to date, EVN has not provided a concrete and lasting solution to this problem.

The meeting was convened at the initiative of the chairman of the Coordinative Body, Mr. Adem Nurovski, with the purpose of jointly reviewing the situation, exchanging information, and coordinating further steps to overcome the problem.

It was particularly emphasized that such a joint meeting among local communities had not been held for years, making this initiative even more important. The attendees agreed that such meetings should become a regular practice and that many more such meetings will be organized in the future, where other common problems faced by the residents of these villages will also be discussed.

The attendees agreed that urgent and coordinated action is necessary, as well as sending a joint request to the competent institutions and EVN, to find a lasting and quality solution for stable electricity supply as soon as possible.

The local communities will continue to act jointly and timely inform the public about all upcoming activities.
