The Podgorečka Pastures and the Tradition of July 4th

Today we share a video from the traditional July 4th outing at the Podgorečka pastures.

As we grew up, one of the main topics among children was: "When will you go up?", "How many nights will you stay?". For many, spending three or four nights at the pastures was a true adventure and something eagerly awaited all year long.

If any of the older residents know the story behind the origin of this tradition, we would be glad if they shared it in the comments, so it can be preserved for future generations.
