In order to improve communication between citizens and the Local Community, a new category titled "Local Community" has been added today on the Labunista.mk portal, at the request of the Local Community in Labunishta.

The aim of this digital initiative is to enable a simpler, faster, and more straightforward way for citizens to report their problems, requests, and suggestions directly to the Local Community, without unnecessary administrative procedures.

Through a dedicated form, citizens can enter:

name and surname,

phone number,

and a brief description of the problem or request, and by simply submitting it, their request will automatically be sent to the official email address of the Local Community.

Upon receipt of the requests, the Local Community is obliged to review them and provide an appropriate response, thus creating a more efficient and transparent communication system with the residents of Labunishta.

It is important to emphasize that the Labunista.mk portal has no institutional or managerial connection with the Local Community, but exclusively, in the interest of citizens, has made its platform available to facilitate contact and encourage greater citizen involvement in resolving local issues.

This is another step towards a modern, open, and digital local community where the voice of citizens will be heard more easily.
