In recent days, residents of Labuništa have been facing increasingly frequent and daily power outages, precisely during the period when many emigrants have returned to their hometown to spend the winter holidays with their families.

This situation is causing serious dissatisfaction and revolt among citizens, who rightly ask: what kind of treatment is this towards the people of Labuništa? Is this daily power outage a message to emigrants not to return home?

During winter conditions, when temperatures are low and days and nights are cold, many households rely solely on electricity for heating, lighting, and basic life needs. Instead of warmth and comfort in their own homes, citizens are forced to endure cold and uncertainty.

It is additionally concerning that the outages occur without announced repairs and without any natural disasters that would justify such disruption of the electricity supply. Hence, logical questions arise: what is really happening with the electrical grid in Labuništa, and why are these outages happening exactly now?

Citizens expect an urgent response and clear explanation from EVN, as well as concrete measures to overcome the problem. Labuništa must not be left in darkness and cold, especially at a time when people return home wishing to spend time in peace and dignity.

Responsibility must be taken, and the problem – urgently resolved.
